Terms and Conditions: Real Estate Sales and Rentals

1. Object and Legal Nature

These terms regulate the strictly professional and binding relationship between VillaVacacional and clients interested in the sale or vacation rental of the advertised properties. The information contained herein has a contractual nature.

2. Protection of Audiovisual Content

The unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of photographs, videos, floor plans, or descriptions of the properties is strictly prohibited. The audiovisual material is the exclusive property of VillaVacacional and their respective owners. Its infringement will result in immediate legal action.

3. Veracity of Information and Responsibility

VillaVacacional makes exhaustive efforts to ensure that the characteristics of the properties are accurate. However, offers are subject to possible errors, price changes, omissions, or withdrawal from the market without prior notice.

4. Reservations and Economic Conditions

Reservations for vacation rentals will require a formal deposit. In the case of sale, fees and commissions will be governed by the corresponding earnest money contract or sales mandate, signed by the parties involved.
